On Saturday morning August 24th the team lost a beloved player, Jesse Contreras 10 years old and his sister Citlalli Contreras 13 years old.  They were both involved in a very tragic car accident that resulted in their passing.   Jesse had big dreams and was passionate in playing soccer.  His skills at a young age made him a star player.  Citlalli was full of love and brought joy to everyone around her. 

The Cosmos Soccer team want to love and care for the Contreras family during this tragedy.   No parents are ever prepared, to emotionally or financially lay their children to rest.   This tragic event has left family, friends, and loved ones heartbroken. 

We are asking for donations to assist the Contreras family in covering funeral and hospital expenses while they mourn the loss of their beloved Jesse and Citlalli. 

Cosmos is a soccer team located in Richmond, California. The team consists of young boys and girls gaining skills and playing teams throughout the Bay Area.
