My name is Sydney. I’ve started this fundraiser to help Jess out with medical bills as well as a upcoming move out of state.

Jess is about to deal with her 3rd surgery in less than a month. One of which was a major surgery on her spine.

Shes still fighting permanent and continuing nerve damage from Cauda Equina Syndrome that's having long term effects on her mobility, internal organs, and overall health.

In the past year she’s lost a lot of the things she owns while in and out of hospitals.

She has a chance to move north to live with family and build a stable support network while dealing with her recovery.
