Jerry Tweeten Special Assist Fund

On January 12, 2015 while at work, Jerry fell backwards and hit his head on the floor that resulted in a traumatic brain injury.  He spent a month at Mercy Hospital in Mason City before being admitted to On With Life, Iowa's only Brain Rehabilitation Facility in Ankeny.  On April 23, he was admitted to Mercy Hospital in Des Moines with a massive brain bleed that resulted in strokes on both sides of his mid-brain.  The outcome still remains unknown. 

Jerry has touched the lives of many people through his job at Bill's Family Foods, the Winnebago Historical Society, Lions Club, Winnebago Central Committee, First Baptist Church, and many other volunteer activities.  Thank you and God Bless You for helping us to care for Jerry!
