Hi, I am Jerry's daughter, Jessica. On Saturday, March 29th at 5:08pm, dad passed away peacefully at home at the age of 68. Our family's life changed that day. We are planning a Celebration of Life, which has some unexpected expenses. These funds will help us make sure dad has a send off that he wanted. I am very appreciative of all of the kind words and thoughts that everyone has sent.
