My health journey toward wholeness started in October 2020 when I got that call from my doctor that no one ever wants to receive. He said that one of the polyps they removed during a routine colonoscopy had cancer in it (talk about a pain in the butt :) ). One hopes that they never get that call.
Since then I have had surgery to remove cancer. After my surgery, my surgeon gave me 3 recommendations regarding my future treatment. After much prayer and support from friends and family, we decided to connect with Dr. Hilu from The Hilu Institute https://thehiluinstitute.com located in Marabella, Spain who uses holistic treatment protocols. We have talked to several people that have chosen this same healing option and they have had great success! I sent my blood samples to him and he sent back his recommendations for my healing and recovery. He had me adjust my diet a little and start a cleansing of all the toxins/chemicals in my body using holistic protocols; I currently follow these protocols 2 times a day. He also recommended that I travel to Spain to get further treatment at his facility to ensure that cancer leaves and to prevent a reoccurence. Jeanine and I are waiting to hear back from The Hilu Institute regarding an appointment opening for the 2-week treatment; we are hoping there will be an opening sometime in May.
We have been blessed that our health insurance has covered the majority of my medical costs, but it does not cover the treatment protocols at the Hilu Institute. Therefore, we are needing to raise $40K by April 30 (so we can be ready to go when we get the call). This is for the 2-week treatment, travel, housing, food, incidentals, and to cover the time off from work that I am needing to take.
So many friends and family have been praying for us since this past October. Thank you all - we have felt so much love and support! And, of course, God has been so good to us through this journey as well!
