Dear Friends,
Our community has experienced another tragic  loss of a sweet child.  Jerry Asbury, a 9 year old member of the Ukiah Lions Mitey Mite football team, died in a tragic accident this past weekend.  He would have been 10 this April.

Jerry was the oldest of six children.  His mothers Susan Asbury and Nina adopted Jerry and his younger brother so they would not have to be seperated when they were younger.  When these amazing women heard Jerry and his brother had younger siblings they adopted them as well for a total of six children.

I never had the priviledge of meeting litttle Jerry.  I do not know his mothers personally.  But I am bonded to them through our  mutual loss of a child.  I know their pain and grief.  When I lost my sweet DJ my cousin set up a Go Fund Me account.  My family was so touched by all of the donations and kind comments.  I would like to offer the same comfort to this family.

Please help me to provide this sweet family with that comfort.  Do it for them,  Do it for me.  DO IT FOR DJ!
