Jerry's broken heart

Jerry is a single Dad of 2 college kids who is in heart failure and needs a life saving procedure. Jerry is a disabled American who is living on a fixed budget and is at the mercy of His insurance company. Unfortunately due to his failing heart and other medical conditions the bills are piling up.  He also may need some procedures or care that will not be covered by the insurance. This situation is to say the least stressful and the last thing this family needs is financial stress.
