Jerry Vazquez's Funeral Fund

In loving memory of Jerry Vazquez Sr., aka Jerry, beloved father, brother, and dear friend to many, passed away on the morning of December 12, 2022.

The family is hoping to collect enough donations to be able to transport Jerry from Florida back home to Chicago, IL, where he will be celebrated in memorial services and laid to rest.

Jerry's wishes were to be surrounded by his loved ones in his hometown while playing his favorite music, Salsa.
