Jerry faced a significant health challenge back in December 2023 when he suffered a brain bleed. Although he was scheduled for brain surgery this past week, complications from a pre-op procedure have necessitated putting him back in a medically induced coma.

Because Jerry will not be able to return to work in the immediate future and has a long road of recovery ahead, he will encounter substantial medical expenses, rehabilitation costs and higher medical insurance premiums as he will have to transition to Cobra coverage during the summer months.
