Jerry King was very active in the Elks Lodge in both Asheville, NC as well as Little River, SC after he moved there in 2016.  He served as the Exalted Ruler for 2 terms in Little River and one of his goals was to have an outside pavilion.  This fundraiser serves to both satisfy that goal, as well as to permanently honor his memory by having it built and named for him.  The Elks Lodge was a second home to him and he would have loved this.
