Hello, on behalf of Jerry Gutierrez and
his family, THANK YOU very much
for being here for him today.

Jerry and his family have always been
there for so many of us in our time of
need. Now it is time for us to be there for them.

Jerry suffered a Stroke on Sunday,
September 13, 2020, after tests and
diagnosis he was scheduled for therapy
only to find out his insurance did not
cover it.  Therapy is a critical part of his
rehabilitation, therefore, he is in
need of financial support for this service. As you can imagine, this treatment is
expensive, and Jerry and his family could use all the financial support we can give
him.

As a stroke victim, he will not be able to
return to work any time soon… we want a speedy recovery for Jerry, and hope
your generosity will help lighten this
load, so that he can focus on his recovery.

Jerry has been a loyal friend, a dedicated family man and has worked for 42 years at his job. Your donation will help deal
with the financial support of his
condition.

I am certain that with donations from
friends and family we will meet and can
even surpass this goal... Any size

it will help take the financial burden off
of our friend and his family.
