Hi, my name is Shelby. I am creating this on behalf of my father Jerry Courtright. Jerry was diagnosed with Cirrhosis of the Liver in October. As the months go by his condition has taken a turn for the worst. He has been unable to work since October. The medical bills have been piling up. In spike of that we are in hope for a liver transplant. In the last few weeks he has been incapacitated and unable to take care of himself.
