On February 14th Jerome Flanigan (Ruger Rome) was called home unexpectedly. Ruger loved and was loved by so many. His positive energy was infectious. He loved his 4 children more than anything. He also cherished his friends and family like you couldn’t imagine. He will be forever missed and loved. We are asking for help in giving him the homecoming he deserves.
