My dad, Jerome Leaks was taken by ambulance to the hospital early Sunday morning and had been on life support since. Numerous members of the family have arrived in Kentucky to care for him and handle his affairs. With a recent job loss he is without medical insurance. At this time we don’t know what his medical expenses are going to amount to but we want to start raising money now to cover not only his medical expenses but also miscellaneous expenses for the family as we are caring for him. Any amount will help. My sisters and all other family members thank you for support during this trying time.
