With the heaviest hearts, our family has to share the devastating news of the passing of our beloved Jerome. At just 29 years old, he was a loving son, grandson, father, and brother who was called home far too soon. Our family is heartbroken.

For those of us blessed to know him, Jerome was a true son of Detroit—full of life, laughter, and a whole lot of heart. He was a kind soul with a quick wit who loved two things: the thrill of RC car racing and a good video game. He had a unique way of looking at the world and loved to share his perspective with you. But what we’ll miss the most is his laugh. Jerome loved to crack a good joke, and his deep, booming laugh could light up any room.

His passing was sudden, and as a family, we are unprepared for the financial weight of laying him to rest.

In times like these, they say it takes a village, and today, we are humbly leaning on ours. We are reaching out to our community of family and friends to ask for support in giving Jerome the beautiful homegoing he so richly deserves.
