Hello All,

My name is Keith Guido and I'm raising funds for a very dear friend, Jermaine Troutman. I've known Jermaine for 40 years and feel privileged to call him my best friend.

Unfortunately, last Tuesday evening Jermaine became ill and was admitted to the hospital. Subsequently, Jermaine went into cardiac arrest and began to experience multiple health complications. Doctors were able to resuscitate him but he is currently in ICU fighting to recover.

In the meantime, I can't help but think about Jermaine's wife, Claudia, and his daughters, Mia and Mya (4 and 6). Their world has been turned upside down in the blink of an eye. The girls want to know when Daddy will be home and Claudia is searching for answers.

I began this story by introducing myself as Jermaine's friend and how privileged I feel to hold that title. However, Jermaine isn't just my friend; he's developed countless friendships over the years...and right now OUR friend is in need of help.
