Hi my name is Jaelyn and I am Jermaine’s oldest daughter. My sister Jeream and I are asking for help. My dad has had a rough couple years but has been faithful in his walk with the LORD, and is an inspiration to not just us but others as well. Our dad is our hero, our biggest cheerleader. We are not the perfect family but it is because of my dad that we are who we are today. My sister and I are truly blessed to have him.

On Friday 12/29 he was going had an appointment when he was immediately admitted to the hospital, he has multi-vessel disease which is 2 or more of his arteries have more than 80% blockage. He will be medivaced to Oahu and has to have open heart surgery.

We are raising money to cover his medical bills and any expenses that we may occur.
