Hello, this Fundraiser was created by friends and co-workers of Jermaine Jackson for him and his family. Jermaine suffers from Sickle Cell Anemia, a blood disorder that led him to the hospital in early July 2022. Once at the hospital, Jermaine was administered some medication, leading to a stroke that left him unconscious for ten days. Although Jermaine has regained consciousness, he is still in the hospital with limited mobility and speech.

Jermaine Jackson was the Terminal Manager in Pickering, Ontario for ASL's Final Mile Division (Precision Home & Office Deliveries). Although we don't know if Jermaine will ever be able to return to work, that doesn't matter at this point. Our thoughts and prayers are for him and his family. We know Jermaine is strong and wish him a full recovery. In the meantime, his partner, Kamiliah hasn't been able to work since he entered the hospital. As a mother, Kamiliah isn't as concerned for herself as she is for Jermaine and their family. They have two beautiful kids together, a 7-year-old daughter and a 13-year-old son.

This fundraising effort is to support the family during these hard times and to ensure Kamiliah can continue to be by Jermaine's side during his recovery and that they can afford to keep their two kids well fed, clothed and provided for with school supplies before back to school starts.

It doesn't take one or two big donations to make an impact. We are looking for hundreds or thousands of small donations averaging $10 or so.
