Jerked the Movie

Greetings I am The Rev B Atwell

in 2016 I Hit 50 years of age and was invited to a screening with none other than Ken Loach himself

I sat beside him with Alison best Present ever

He covered 50 years of Reels basically my lifetime it was an amazing experience as I sat there and picked what I could of his obviously lovely and immense mind .

it was on this day that I decided I. was going to make the Mother of all Movies I went home and became absorbed in the plot the characters, locations and every little detail and before long the film was already alive and breathing in my mind and soul and literally affecting those around me it had sprung a life of its own

I've always found myself somewhat dissatisfied when looking at the big screen always wanting something more and that's what we ultimately have brought about..

Jerked the Movie is counter prejudice and carries two timelines one in the 1600s the other in the present date it can be described as a film noir or a popcorn pounding horror film with an amazing twist some would say going quantum on racism

beginning in the harrowing conditions of a slavery seasoning plantation and on to the irony of its final benefactors being a pair of elite Nubian twins Taquin and Quinton who are ultimately affected by a curse they themselves lacking the same empathy as their common ancestor with their racism leading them to a place of spiritual checkmate .. no spoilers everything that we have achieved so far has been made on a shoe string and under our own steam and with the unflinching support of our wonderful multicultural community all of our main actors are from the locality or connected to and are not established and any famous actors will be playing very menial roles as extras and such

I was asked at the offset what funding we had. to which I replied I don't want funding because people don't take you seriously well that was in 2016 and we've been able to push it thus far and would like to take it a lot further

what do I really want to get from this film???

my sincer answer is just want to see it up there I just want to see it on that silver screen... I'm tired of films that depict the same thing in a different dress.. I want to take this to the world !!

As aforementioned the cast is made up of the community in fact members from the Band Alabama 3 will be acting in the movie along with Irvine Walsh the musical score will also be by our local bands so why not join us on this journey I have a rehearsed cast of over 100 participants so far we've Used private jets castle's luxury vintage cars Gorgeous models and the time and energy of a multitude of beautiful people who resonate with this movie and it's message

A wise man once said to me there's no harm in trying and you never know if you try hard enough you might actually get to where you're going

And on that note i ask for your support for this unique project yes it's against racism of any kind and it's totally Awsome
