Jerk Wing King trailer startup

Hi my name is Tyree Horn and I am the owner-operator of Jerk Wing King in Missouri City, Texas. This independent venture began in 2020 at the onset of the pandemic. Like many of us, I was not sure what the future would hold for my job and family; and I wanted to create another stream of income for my family, while doing something I truly love. I have culinary jerk chicken for a number of years, with amazing feedback from the many that have enjoyed my spin on jerk chicken dishes.
Since then, I have held pop-ups and received great reviews, with once consistent piece of feedback, "You need to get a food truck or trailer." After receiving funds from two “Angel Investors” who believed in my vision and my food, I have purchased the food trailer. However, to get the truck officially on the road, I have a couple things that I need to acquire for my new business.
