Jerf Needs a Hip Replacement

Our dearest friend and co-worker Jeff (Jerf) has had a multitude of physical ailments for quite some time now. The time has come where a hip replacement is pertinent to better his quality of life and hopefully give him an ability to experience a world where pain isn't a constant.
Jerf is a devoted member of the service industry and has been employed at Mac's Local Eats as well as a multitude of other establishments. He has a vast knowledge of restaurants and breweries alike all across St. Louis and the Metro East area. His passion for the service industry is apparent wherever he goes and he is a loving friend to all that come across him.
He needs our help. A hip replacement is hard enough; but a hip replacement during the COVID-19 era is a daunting thought -financially, emotionally, and physically. Whatever you can do to contribute would be greatly appreciated as Jerf is uninsured and hasn't been able to work due to COVID-19 and his physical ailments.
