Hi, my name is Jeremy(Jerry). Some of my family and my closest friends know what happened to me about a month ago; I had a heart attack, resulting in my inability to return to work for a short time. I am the sole breadwinner for a household of three (myself, my wife and our disabled son) and many pets.

I am a prideful person and worry about our household's immediate financial future. Some of the safety nets provided by my employer have not worked the way I thought they would. Most of my medical bills were covered by my insurance except for my portion, which is a little over $3000.

I have since returned to work, but the three weeks I was out, plus the insurance bill, have put us in a situation where I am at a loss. Although our household lives on a tight budget, the loss of my weekly pay plus bills has put us in a situation where we require some outside help.
