Jeremy's Life Celebration
Donazione protetta
Jeremy Albert Bena passed away in his home in Kansas City, MO on Sunday night November 28th 2021. Jeremy was a brilliant mind, friend, artist, lover, and human being. He was innovative in his paint handling process, original in his execution and inspiring to many within the art community of Kansas City. Jeremy's reach also spanned into Clay Center, KS where he was responsible for helping to paint over 10 murals. One of which was over 7,000 sqft and he was an essential problem solver of the entire project. Jeremy was also a member of the Bunker Center for the Arts where he had a studio for many years, creating mixed media paintings and sculptures. Jeremy was genuine, sensitive and aware to the people and environment around him. He was present in the conversations you would have with him and indefinitely end up rubbing some wisdom and intellect off on you. His diction was also very impressive and kept you on your toes. Jeremy loved his family, more than anything. He loved being an uncle and was the most loving kind soul to the younger generations apart of our family. He's survived by his mother Karen, his father Parker, twin brother Jordan, younger brother Brendan, his sisters-in-law Joyce and Nina, his niece Violet and his nephews Owen, Levi, and William. Along with his maternal grandfather Jr. his paternal grandmother Mimi and multiple aunts, uncles, and cousins. We are trying to raise money for his cremation, followed by a celebration of his life both of which were Jeremy's own requests. Thank you for your kindness and generosity, and thank you for taking the time to be a part of Jeremy's wishes.
