Jeremy's end of life care and medical expenses

Please help the Cotner family as they navigate this difficult and heart breaking time. Jeremy's two sons and wife Lauren need our support as Jeremy has been in the ICU since Jan. 7th 2021. His family will need our help with medical expenses and end of life arrangements. We ask for space, privacy and time to heal in this very difficult time. Thank you for your help and consideration.
