Jeremy's Emergency Surgery

Hi, I am Tammy and I am here to ask for some financial assistance for Jeremy's Emergency Surgery that needs to be performed on September 27, 2023.

Jeremy's jaw implant is being rejected by his body and is literally being pushed out of his face, thru his cheek, LITERALLY!!!

The jaw implant needs to be removed so that there will be no more damage or long term affects.

All funds collected will be used to pay for the surgery and all post-operative medicine & care.
