Jeremy is my loving Stepson who has been battling with stomach issues for the past few years. Two years ago he was diagnosed with crohn’s disease/ Ulcerative colitis and has been under going treatment to control his flare ups, in and out of the hospital and still had no relief, Since July 2019 he has been in the hospital for over 60 days with only one week home. Jeremy was enrolled in EMT school and works very hard to pay for his own schooling and bills. Jeremy has had to stop school and has bills that will continue to add up. Two weeks ago Jeremy diagnoses of ulcerative colitis was so bad and his colon was severely Damaged and had to have his colon removed. Jeremy is now left with a colostomy for the next year while he continues to recovery. Please I hope that you can find in your heart to give and help a young man get back on his feet and live a life of quality.
