On Thursday, January 28th, 2016 - - we unexpectedly lost our friend and colleague Jeremy Cross at age 36. Jeremy leaves behind his dear son Ben, age 3.
Jeremy was an active duty airman in the United States Air Force. He'd faithfully served his country over 15 years, having achieved the rank of Technical Sergeant. He'd deployed in support of a variety of operations throughout a distinguished career. Jeremy served as a mentor, advocate, volunteer and leader in a multitude of ways throughout his distinguished career. Always willing to help, he was the first person to drop what he was doing in order to help those in need.
We want to dutifully honor the families wishes - - and not dwell on how Jeremy passed. But rather, we'd like to focus on how we might be able to help his family...in particular, his son Ben. As we shared the tragic news with our friends and family, many offered their assistance. With this campaign, we're providing financial assistance for Ben and his family for the tough months ahead.
We'd ask for your contribution, however small or large, to help provide assistance to the family of a lost airman. Every single penny that is raised will be donated to Jeremy's parents & son, Ben. No overhead. No transaction fees (all will be covered). That is our commitment to each donor.
It is a tragedy each and every time that we lose one of our service members. They are indeed the best, the brightest and the bravest that our country has to offer. We are very grateful that you'd consider to honor the life of our friend Jeremy Cross with your donation.
