On Friday October 21st, Jeremy fell 20 feet from a roof and suffered severe injuries, shattering both of his heels. He is currently on strict bedrest and had surgery on November 2nd to reconstruct the heel and attempt to restore mobility. These types of fractures are severe, painful and potentially disabling. They will not know how much he will heal or if there will be long term complications that are associated with this type of injury until he goes through the recovery process.

We’re asking for support for this sweet family with the escalating medical bills and loss of income that will mount over the next several months. Jeremy and Paula have 5 beautiful daughters, 2 of which are under the age of two.

 Most importantly, they are asking for prayer – for Jeremy’s body and healing, for him to remain positive during this long and painful recovery, and for Paula as she is now carrying the responsibility of providing for the family while caring for them and Jeremy as well – specifically for grace, for strength to handle what is before her. Though they have a long road ahead, they are also giving God thanks that Jeremy’s injuries weren’t worse than what they are. They believe in the power of prayer!
