Jeremy has stage 4 cancer. A few days ago he went to the hospital and was sent home with a few days to live. He does not have insurance and has sold his belongings and moved back home with his grandma Nancy. Jeremy nor his grandma have the money for a proper burial. I know there are probably high medical bills, but I am just looking to get help with a proper burial.
