Jeremy's Fearless Fight

Our friend Jeremy Wilson needs our help! 

About 6 years ago Jeremy had a procedure called a
Nissen Fundoplication done (this is where they wrap your stomach
around the esophagus to prevent back flow into the esophagus from
the stomach) due to extreme Acid Reflux that was corroding his
esophagus. This seemed to work great. 

At some point last week, the area of his stomach that was wrapped
around his esophagus managed to migrate upward into his chest
cavity causing enough pressure to "pop" the esophagus. This in and
of itself is life threatening with about a 24 hour window for survival.
Due to lack of funding, Jeremy had to wait 48 hours for treatment
allowing serious infections to set in. Now instead of being able to fix
everything quickly, not only do they not know the amount of damage
that has occurred, but things have become necrotic and will require
multiple surgeries and months in the hospital. There is no way to know
how this will impact his life in the future until the damage
(which becomes worse by the day) can be assessed.
