Jeremy vs Alaska

Hi, I’m Jeremy VanSise, and I’m riding 1,000 miles across Alaska.

I got my first bike at 46 and started riding at 47. Just four months later, I finished the Crusher 100 and something shifted in me. I discovered a passion for long-distance cycling that lit a fire I hadn’t felt in years.

Since then, I’ve kept pushing farther: the Moran 166, the 204-mile Coast to Coast, the 350-mile Crusher , and now the 500-mile Crusher this July.

But my biggest challenge is still ahead: the Alaska Divide—a 1,000-mile unsupported ride from Anchorage to Deadhorse on the Arctic Ocean. My goal is to finish it in 7 to 10 days.

To make it happen, I need help covering gear, a GPS tracker, bike bags, chargers, a sleeping bag, flights, and insurance and much, much more. The community has helped me come this far—and with your support, I can go even farther.
