Hi, my name is Carmella, and I am Jeremy's little sister. Jeremy unfortunately was taken away from us suddenly. Our hearts are so heavy with this unexpected death. If anyone knows Jeremy, you know that just him walking through the door, he would light up the entire room. Jeremy recently moved to Florida a few months ago and were trying to get him back home with his family, friends, and everyone that loves him.
