Jeremy was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma, a type of blood cancer. This has led to chemotherapy and an eventual stem cell transplant. He has been married to Amanda (Nowariak) Swenson since 2001. They have four children, Brian, Stephanie, Lucas and Ella. He has worked at Gustafson Excavating since 1997 and joined the 49ers union in 2006. Jeremy has a big heart and has always been known to help anyone out when he can. Now he needs a little help in trying to keep up with the ongoing medical bills.
