Jeremy left this world and our lives permanently on March 8, 2026 from toxic drug poisoning.

As my babies and I try to cope with this impossible grief, we are also facing very real financial challenges that come with losing the person who helped support our family.

I have been on medical leave for the past 6 months, and just prior to Jeremy's passing, I started a new, casual position with the Canadian Mental Health Association. Our financial situation has been dire for some time, to say the least. The cost of funeral expenses and cremation services alone are overwhelming during a time when we are simply trying to heal. Unfortunately, Jeremy' s family and my own family have not been involved in our lives for some time, and we cannot rely on anyone for financial support.

Asking for help is both difficult and humbling, but right now, we truly need the support of our community. Any donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward helping our family cover death expenses and provide us the stability we need as we take these first painful steps forward without Jeremy. More than anything, I want to honor his life by continuing to care for the family that he loved unconditionally.
