Jeremy liam ortiz 2 years old

This is my Nephew Jeremy Ortiz he lives in Mexico and he is 2 years old. This morning he woke up and he couldn’t move can’t sit up or stand. He is in Mexico my brother doesn’t have a medical plan to pay the hospital and they don’t have law like in USA that children have to be attend and then they bill you. They need help please !! His mommy is they only one who has a job and only makes 15 US dollars a day. And the hospital bill is more than 2000.00 us dollars and they have to pay half just to attend him they won’t help him till they have half of the bill paid .
