Jeremy Leaf ( Mark Leafs son)

Jeremy was the victim of a hit-and-run driver a little over 3 weeks ago. He had to be Bayflighted to Tampa General with numerous injuries. Along with a nasty compound leg fracture, he had multiple fractured vertebrae in his back and neck, broken ribs, and a broken hip. Unfortunately, he does not have medical insurance to help cover the extensive physical therapy required. Although since discharged from the hospital, he faces a long road of recovery both physically and mentally. As he now has no source of income and the potential to be partially disabled for quite some time, depression becomes a factor. He is a good kid that has a string of bad luck. ( Previously crushed his hip in a motorcycle accident ) Mark is doing what he can with what resources are currently at his disposal. Hopefully,we can get him to where he needs to be and let him know all is not lost for a better future.
