Jeremy Land was taken way too early and leaves behind a beautiful family to go on without him. He leaves behind a wife and three sweet daughters who have to continue life now without him. Jeremy was the sole provider as Chloe is a stay at home mom to their children. She is now faced with picking up the pieces and trying to keep the girls lives as normal as possible in this tragic situation.
