Help Jeremy Jacobs battle cancer

My brother-in-law Jeremy Jacobs has been battling metastatic colon cancer since his diagnosis in November of 2022. Jeremy is a hard working family man and a Navy veteran who has raised four awesome children together with his wife Julia Jacobs, a preschool teacher with Mitchell Public Schools. Jeremy works for an area farm family who has been supportive of them during this difficult battle. At this time, the fight is getting harder and it is getting more difficult to keep up with all of the demands of medical trips and treatments, giving time to their two youngest who are in high school and their work responsibilities. There is hope that the chemotherapy will reduce the tumors enough to allow surgical removal of what remains-which will likely sideline Jeremy for a while to allow him to heal. On top of these stresses, the homesite that they rent is listed for sale and they are living with the knowledge that they might have to move on top of everything else that they are dealing with. The funds will go to them directly to help with medical trips and bills and to give them the financial cushion to handle potential time off and/or moving expenses.
