Hello, my name is Debbi Vaughn and I’m a huge fan of Jeremy Hales and his girlfriend, George of WhatTheHales on YouTube. They are snowbirds who reside in both Ohio and Florida, U.S.A. Thanks for taking time to read this request to help raise funds for the Hales’ legal expenses and their fight to preserve all of our constitutional rights. I have received their permission to start this GoFundMe. All funds go to the Hales.

Legal issue: In 2023, Jeremy Hales filed and received a protection order in an Ohio Court, covering him and George in all 50 states, against Lynette Preston & John Cook for stalking. John and Lynette have been found guilty of disobeying this protection order multiple times. The Levy County Sheriffs Department refuses to enforce the Hales' Ohio protection order to protect the rights and safety of Jeremy and George.

Lynette later filed a copycat protection order in Florida against Jeremy for cyberstalking, and Florida rogue Judge, Craig C. DeThomasis illegally sealed the order and ignored the Hales’ Ohio C.P.O. Also, DeThomasis took away Jeremy’s 1st, 2nd, 5th, and 6th Amendment rights based on Lynette’s lies. These include the right to free speech, to bear arms, to access their property via the public road, the right to a speedy trial, and Jeremy’s right to due process. Without his 2nd Amendment rights, Jeremy could no longer protect himself or George or even hire security to protect them. Jeremy tried three times in court to get this biased Judge to recuse himself, but DeThomasis refused. So, Jeremy appealed to a higher court which took an extended period of time, but Judge DeThomasis was eventually removed from the case.

Then some Anti-WTHs creeps formed a stalking group and started making threats, spreading lies, and attacking the Hales' businesses, causing them to lose revenue. Hopefully, the entire anti-WTHs group will eventually be held accountable in court, but this ongoing legal fight is outrageously expensive. The Hales' legal bills continue to increase and have already cost Jeremy & George $498,000.00 out of pocket.

The Hales also auction off fabulous collections and items donated by their wonderful fans.

Additional information: George & Jeremy Hales and their fans are generous charitable givers who contribute to predetermined charities close to the Hales' hearts, like $150K to Camp Patmos, a Christian Camp. They raised over $6,000.00 and collected, shipped, and distributed over 7000 book bags and thousands of dollars in school supplies for Egyptian orphans. They’ve also given away 120 microwaves and several air conditioners. They gifted over ten thousand toys and gift cards to residents of Levy County, Florida at their Christmas in the Creek celebration in 2023. The Hales started the #ReStorageTheLove mission where they purchase auctioned storage units and return the contents to the original owners when practical. They even restored a fan’s eyesight and bought another fan's Disney pin collection so he could have dental work done.

Every dollar Jeremy and George are forced to spend on legal fees means less money they can spend on philanthropy.

It appears that anti-WTHs group intends to run up Jeremy’s legal bills until he gives up. Let’s help George & Jeremy Hales recoup these losses so they can continue their charitable giving, and help stick it to these evil people and their crooked lawyers in court.
