Celebration of Life and Burial for Jeremy Crooks

My aunt Wilma and uncle Dave unexpectedly lost their eldest son Jeremy Crooks over the weekend. Jeremy was a loving and devoted son, brother, uncle, nephew, father of four and friend. The family is shocked and devastated by this loss and if you knew Jeremy you’d know how much he touched the lives of everyone around him. It’s our turn to give back and help his mom Wilma, dad Dave, sister Jamie Guerrero (Crooks), brother Justin Crooks and his four beautiful young children as they deal with their unimaginable loss. We are raising money to assist in the cost of burial and celebration of life. Anything you can donate is greatly appreciated, if you cannot donate we totally understand and would ask you keep the family in your thoughts and share this page. Anything received over the amount needed to cover burial and celebration of life costs will go to his four children. His family wants to extend their sincere appreciation for all of the kind words of condolences during this time.
