Jeremy and Melanie Adams

Dear family and friends. First of all we want to express our gratitude to each one of you who helped us get through the summer during my 2 months in the hospital. After coming home we saw some improvements for a short period of time. Over the last few months I have continued to struggle with ongoing symptoms. I was hospitalized again for a month this spring. I was put on a J-Tube and TPN again in March. I have now been without work for 11 months of which almost 4 of those months were in the hospital. Melanie continues to work a full time job and 2 part time jobs. I can not even begin to tell you how amazing she is. All of my care has now been transferred to MD Anderson in Houston. Melanie and I travel multiple times a month to Houston to see multiple specialists. Needless to say this puts a huge strain on us financially between travel and medical costs. Neither of us has any remaining paid time off or short term disability remaining. We share all this to humbly ask anyone who would feel to partner with us in any way you feel whether financially or by prayers as we navigate through this difficult time. It humbles us to even ask but sometimes admitting our need for help is what’s best. We love you all and are so thankful that you are in our lives. We couldn’t do it without y’all.
