Jeremiah is an incredibly strong 6-year-old who is 1-year cancer free from neuroblastoma. Unfortunately, the side effects from all the previous treatment has recently caught up with Jeremiah. Jeremiah is currently inpatient and intubated at Nicklaus Children's Hospital in Miami, which is 200 miles from the family's home in Cape Coral. They are currently waiting to see if Jeremiah qualifies for a double lung transplant after being diagnosed with a serious lung fibrosis. Jeremiah is very weak at this time...
