Late last evening I received a call. My oldest son Jeremiah was in a motorcycle accident. He was flown to Flagstaff and had emergency surgery today to save his severely damaged left leg and foot.  He also suffered broken ribs, and a concussion. As for most self employed Americans, medical insure is not realistically affordable.  Asking for help is a humbling and difficult thing to do. Jeremiah and his family are at the mercy of kind hearted individuals willing to help.  We don't have any final figures for what this will cost him, but it is estimated to reach over $100,000.00.  He will be hospitalized for a few days and come home to start his long recovery.  Not sure how much more this mama can take, having raised four sons, only to be hit with multiple tragedies. If it weren't for my faith and great community support I wouldn't have made it through.  Any help his family gets will be greatly appreciated.
And most of all please pray for his quick recovery.
