Jere's Full Hip Replacement
Donation protected
Jere Teegarden needs our help.
We are raising money for our father, Jere Teegarden. He is an amazing man, father of 5 boys, and husband. He just had a full hip replacement last week after he was diagnosed with severe Osteo-necrosis (his hip collapsed in on itself) and will be out of work for the time of recovery.

He was hospitalized in September due to the complications with the prednisone treatment for Glomerulonephritis (a chronic kidney disease). Prednisone treatments can be a possible cause of the avascular necrosis which can lead to osteonecrosis.
He is in the process of receiving additional inpatient physical therapy and will be out of work for 4 weeks. At 4 weeks he will only be able to do light duty and can go back to full duty after 3 months.
Our dad has always been the type of man who would do whatever he could to provide for those he cared for. When he met our mom, Kelly, and my oldest brother, he signed on with the Air Force so he could support them. After leaving the Air Force they moved to Louisiana where he worked double overtime + on call shifts at the hospital to provide for us. Our dad took in two of our cousins when they were in need and raised them as his own. Jere would always give his all to support his loved ones.
Jere and Kelly raised us with all of the love and care we could have asked for. They would pick up extra shifts and second jobs so we could go on amazing family vacations. They would play games with us and help us with homework. We would have days at the park for picnics or to swim in the river. Our dad even coached our t-ball teams. Through their actions we were taught the importance of a close family.

Jere and Kelly have always shown us the value of community, helping those who need help in any way they can. Through our upbringing they have taken in multiple friends of ours and neighborhood kids that were having troubles at home. They taught us the importance of helping your fellow man or woman.

Now it is Jere that needs our help, any amount that you can donate is needed and welcome.
