Jeramy Greenwood and his Big Heart

I am creating this GoFundMe on behalf of friends and family of Jeramy Greenwood.

Jeramy is 31 years old. He is a friend, brother, uncle, mentor, therapist, coach, podcaster extraordinaire, and above all else, he is a really great human. He is the most giving, kind, generous, compassionate person I know. Jeramy is always willing to go out of his way to help any person in need.

Jeramy had begun experiencing chest pain on Sunday, August 8th. He sought medical care, and was informed this was due to anxiety, and sent home. He continued to experience symptoms throughout the week, and has a long family history of cardiac issues.

On Friday, Aug 13th, Jeramy went to the emergency room for chest pain, and was then taken to St. Mary's cardiology by ambulance.

Jeramy had a heart catheterization and two heart stents placed on Saturday, August 14, due to partial occlusion of his right coronary arteries. It was confirmed that Jeramy had had a heart attack.

Jeramy is hopeful that he will be discharged from the hospital and return home soon. He will need to take some time to heal and rest, and medical expenses are expected to be quite hefty. All in all, Jeramy is doing his best to remain positive and focused on getting back on his feet. He has amazing support from his family, and is loved by everyone who knows him.

Jeramy is an independent contractor, which means he does not get paid time off work. No work=no pay=increased stressors. Let's come together and give back to Jeramy a small piece of what he has always been willing to do for others.

We are hoping to raise enough money to assist Jeramy with a month of wages, and a good start on medical expenses.
