Jerald Stribling

Hello friends and family,

My name is Samantha Vaing. I am a childhood friend of Jessica Stribling. Unfortunately, in March of this year (2022), Jessica’s father, Jerald Stribling was diagnosed with Prostate cancer, and on July 15th, we gained an angel.

In 2014, Jerald opened a Life Insurance policy, which Jessica hoped to use to give her father the proper burial he wanted. But unfortunately, she found out that the policy did not have death benefits, which has left her with a financial burden. We ask for your help to come up with the remaining expenses for the funeral arrangement and casket, the Veterans Affairs do not cover that.

Having lost both parents five years apart, Jessica is now left to be the sole caretaker and guardian of her autistic younger sister. In addition to the funeral expenses, she will need help to financially support her sister.

Jerald Stribling was a beloved father and grandfather who was described as funny, loving and a generous family man. In the 20+ years I’ve known him, he has always been selfless, welcoming and kind. He treated me like his own daughter. We are truly going to miss you, Jerald.

Jerald Stribling leaves behind his three children, Jessica Stribling, Jeda Stribling and Marcel Stribling, and three grandchildren, Jeralyn Stribling, Andre Jr. Ashley, and Jalen Ashley.
