Update, Richard (Paco) was released from the hospital under hospice care. There is no teatment plan because his cancer is too far advanced. We will continue the fundraising to help pay his bills, medicine cost, food, etc.

My name is Jen. I'm creating this GoFundMe for my middle brother, Richard. Or as many if you know him, Paco. He has recently been diagnosed with metastatic lung cancer, just a few weeks ago. This past Sunday, we took him into the ER because he was breathing heavily and just not feeling decent. He was admitted to the hospital for pneumonia and a partially collapsed lung. After further testing—CT scan, MRI, bloodwork, etc.—it has been diagnosed with a fractured spine at T9. Also, the cancer has spread throughout his body. Today, we learned that it has spread to his brain and skull.

I am creating this page to help him with expenses. He has a power and water bill due. There is no insurance of any kind. He worked at a shop and, of course, now has no income. We have applied for SSD, but we all know how long that process is.

We would appreciate anything you could spare to help him.
