I have struggled with doing this for over a year, but it is time. My name is Jen and I have been suffering with horrible dental health due to medication side effects and genetic dental health. It is now at a point where I need extractions and implants. This is beyond embarrassing to share with people, but I need help. I have lost my smile, my confidence, my ability to eat, and energy. I wish I had the funds to pay for the procedures myself, but alas, I do not. I would love to get my smile back along with the ability to eat normally.
