Jen's Grey Matter Battle

Hi my name is Jennifer and I am doing a fundraiser for my best friend of 40 + years, Jennifer Langley.

After going through some cognitive and physical decline over the holidays, she had some tests done on 1/5/23. The tests revealed that she has a mass on her brain. She then went in to have a biopsy. The biopsy revealed that she has level 3 Astrocytoma brain cancer. Since this type of tumor is not eligible for surgery, she is preparing for chemotherapy and radiation. This means daily trips to Duke along with  costly medications. Her husband, Danny, is no longer able to work due to complications from Covid back in 2021 which resulted in 2 different surgeries on his leg. He is now her full-time caregiver.
