Jen's Garden

Jen Esson was a much loved tutor in the Recovery College at CPFT, and previously in A&E at Addenbrooke's Hospital . She sadly passed away due to Covid in Spring 2020.

I am raising funds to develop a garden at Fulbourn Hospital in her memory, "Jen's Garden".

Jen devoted her life to helping others, especially those who had struggled with their mental health. She was passionate about helping people to be their best selves and encouraged us all to " Go Shine". I can hear her words now.

 

This garden, in her memory, will be a place to reflect, to recover, to be inspired and then to "Go shine".

 

On 23rd  October I am going to 'do' 5km at Fulbourn Hospital to raise money to fund the garden. I might run, I might walk, or even crawl but I will cover the 5k - even if only as the back marker for the Park Run!! Those of you who know me well also know this may pose a bit of a challenge !!!

 

We will be doing the garden on 23rd October as well  - please help us to make this a place of beauty and peace where any of us can be inspired to 'Go Shine'. Your donations will be used for plants and materials - we are providing the man and woman power!!!
